⭐ All manuscripts submitted to the conference must be written exclusively in English.
⭐ Submissions should adhere to the provided conference template. The recommended length is at least 4 pages. Overlength pages are counted from page 5, including all figures, references, and appendices. There is no standard maximum page limit; however, manuscripts exceeding 15 pages may be subject to additional review for length, relevance, and content quality.
⭐ All contributions must be original work. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, and simultaneous submission to multiple venues are strictly prohibited.
⭐ The topic of each paper must align with the conference's thematic scope.
Originality Check: Authors must not submit manuscripts that have been previously published or are under consideration by other publications. Upon receipt, the organizing committee will conduct a full-text originality check on all submitted manuscripts to verify their novelty.
Language Review: Prior to submission, authors are expected to review their manuscripts for spelling and grammatical accuracy, ensuring that the content is comprehensible and readable for editors, reviewers, and future readers.
Relevance to the Conference Theme: Manuscripts should align with the conference theme and fall within the scope of the meeting. Submissions deemed irrelevant to the conference's aims and scope will be rejected without further review.
Authorship Attribution: Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research reported. Those who have participated in substantive aspects of the work but do not qualify as co-authors should be acknowledged appropriately in the acknowledgments section. All sources of funding and any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed in the authorship statement.
⭐ The conference offers both in-person and virtual participation options. Presenters who are unable to attend on-site due to scheduling conflicts may arrange to deliver their presentations online.
⭐ Presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare their presentation materials in advance and to bring a backup copy. To ensure a smooth delivery, it is advisable to use offline files whenever possible. Any special software requirements or other technical needs should be communicated to the conference staff prior to the event.
Oral Presentation: 15 minutes per paper, including Q&A.
Poster Presentation: Posters should be prepared in A1 size (841 mm × 594 mm) and displayed at the designated venue.
