The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Please refer to the following paper template to ensure that your paper meets the conference's formatting requirements.
1. All manuscripts submitted to the conference must be written exclusively in English.
2. Submissions should adhere to the provided conference template. The recommended length is at least 4 pages. Manuscripts exceeding 10 pages may be subject to additional review for length, relevance, and content quality.
3. All contributions must be original work. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, and simultaneous submission to multiple venues are strictly prohibited.
4. The topic of each paper must align with the conference's thematic scope.
Originality Check: Authors must not submit manuscripts that have been previously published or are under consideration by other publications. Upon receipt, the organizing committee will conduct a full-text originality check on all submitted manuscripts to verify their novelty.
Language Review: Prior to submission, authors are expected to review their manuscripts for spelling and grammatical accuracy, ensuring that the content is comprehensible and readable for editors, reviewers, and future readers.
Relevance to the Conference Theme: Manuscripts should align with the conference theme and fall within the scope of the meeting. Submissions deemed irrelevant to the conference's aims and scope will be rejected without further review.
Authorship and Conflict of Interest: All listed authors should have made substantial contributions to the research and approved the submitted manuscript. Authors must declare any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts that could influence the research. Any changes to authorship should be agreed upon by all authors.
Each submitted paper will undergo three rounds of technical review, including preliminary review, double-blind peer review (by 2-3 review experts), and final decision review. Submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference and readability. The detailed review process is as follows:
1. Author Submission and Initial Review (3 Working Days):
● Upon submission on CMT system, each paper undergoes an initial review by the Publication Chairs to ensure it meets the basic formatting and content guidelines.
● A plagiarism check is performed to ensure originality.
● Papers that couldn't meet the criteria will be Desk Reject.
2. Assignment to Reviewers (2 Working Days):
Each paper is assigned to 2-3 expert reviewers in the relevant field, via CMT system or Emails. Reviewer assignments will be based on research expertise and keyword matching. Reviewers may include members of the Program Committee and other invited experts with relevant expertise.
3. Double-Blind Peer Review (15 Working Days):
● We employ a double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other. The reviewers could make the review on CMT system or by fulfill the Review Form provided.
● Reviewers evaluate the papers based on the following criteria:
■ Relevance to Conference Scope: The paper must be relevant to the topics covered by the conference.
■ Completeness of Work: The paper should be a complete and comprehensive work, which means it is well-organized, clearly written, and logically presented.
■ Completeness of Technical Content: Technical content should be thorough, detailed, and well-developed.
■ Scientific Significance: The results should be significant and valuable to the research community.
■ Scientific Rigor of Data: Data integrity and the methodology should be rigorous and well-documented.
■ References: The references should be well-chosen and extensively cover the relevant literature.
■ Conclusion: Conclusion should be insightful, well-supported, and aligns with research objectives.
4. Reviewer Comments and Author Revision (7-14 calendar days):
● Reviewers provide a specific reviewer comments and recommendations for acceptance, revision, or rejection of the paper.
● Papers with all review results as "Accept" directly enter the final review stage.
● Authors invited to revise their papers must submit a revised manuscript and a response to the reviewers' comments within the specified deadline.
● Revised papers may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation.
5. Final Decision:
● Papers accepted through the double-blind peer review need to undergo the final review. The final accept/reject decisions will be made by the TPC Chairs, taking into account the reviewers' comments, revision results, and overall academic merit.
● Authors will be notified through the conference's designated communication channels.
6. Formatting and Camera Ready:
● Authors should submit through CMT system their camera ready version before deadline.
● Authors may be asked to make final formatting adjustments before publication.
Author(s) of an accepted paper must register before the specified deadline and present their work in English at the conference. The IEIDDS 2027 will offer the option for authors to present their work remotely if necessary. The IEIDDS 2027 is a hybrid conference, the remote presenters could submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation, or deliver a live presentation via Zoom. Please indicate your preferred presentation format during the registration process.
Oral Presentation: 15 minutes per paper, including Q&A.
Poster Presentation: Posters should be prepared in A1 size (841 mm × 594 mm) and displayed at the designated venue.
