Zeshui Xu is a Chair Professor at Sichuan University, a Member of Academia Europaea, a Member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, an Academician of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (IASCYS), and an Academician of the International Academy of Artificial Intelligence. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), and a Fellow of 10 international authoritative associations, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA), and the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). He was selected into the Ministry of Education's Important Talent Program, and is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, a Most Cited Chinese Researcher (ranked first in Computer Science for six consecutive years from 2014 to 2019), selected into the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Project, a National Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions, and an Expert Receiving the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has long been engaged in research on intelligent decision making, digital-intelligence fusion, fuzzy mathematics, and optimization algorithms. Bio: Prof. Ali holds the position of Professor of Computer Networks and Cybersecurity at the Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. Additionally, he serves as the leader of the Future Networks lab. Throughout his career, Ali has presented more than 45 keynote speeches at international conferences, produced over 300 research articles, and successfully overseen multimillion-dollar projects worldwide. His students have won best paper awards, best PhD thesis awards, and several other recognitions. His research interests include internet of things/cyber physical systems, smart infrastructures, cybersecurity, and AI algorithms to solve interdisciplinary problems of networks and security. Ali is member of Council of Professors and Heads of Computing (CPHC), UK;  an expert reviewer of EPSRC, UK, Irish Research Council, Ireland, National Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), Canada, MITACS, Accelerate, Canada, Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), and Commonwealth, UK. He enjoys 7 honorary and adjunct professor positions across the globe. He was listed as IEEE Featured Author in 2021, highly cited 2% researchers by Stanford University 2021 and 2022, shortlisted for Clarivate Highly Cited award 2023. Xuanhua Xu, male, Ph.D., is a Second-Grade Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Central South University. He was a government-sponsored visiting scholar at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore; an international exchange scholar and visiting research fellow at the Business School, Seoul National University, South Korea; a senior visiting scholar at the School of Engineering, Curtin University, Australia; and a senior visiting scholar at the School of Engineering, George Mason University, USA. He is currently Director of the Digital-Intelligence Infrastructure Engineering Research Center of Central South University and Director of the Big Data and Intelligent Decision-Making Research Center of the Business School. His main research directions include hybrid intelligent large-group intelligent decision-making theory and methods, digital-intelligence infrastructure engineering, risk analysis, and emergency management, etc.

He has presided over 1 Major Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Key Project of the National Social Science Fund of China, 1 Project of the National Key R&D Program of China, 1 Project of the National Science and Technology Support Program, 1 Key R&D Project of Hunan Province, and 2 provincial- and ministerial-level scientific research projects. Zhaojun Yang is currently a tenured professor in the Department of Finance, Business School, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), a doctoral supervisor, and Head of the Department of Finance. He holds the academic titles of Professor of Mathematics and Professor of Finance. He is Vice Chairman of the Quantitative Finance and Insurance Branch of the Chinese Society for Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics, and an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of International Money and Finance. He has published nearly 200 academic papers in journals such as JFQA, Journal of Risk and Insurance, IJIO, Journal of Corporate Finance, JEDC, Economic Research Journal, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Management Sciences in China, etc. According to the well-known global social science website SSRN, his author ranking is in the top 0.32%. He has supervised 27 PhD graduates, many of whom have been selected for talent programs such as the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has respectively received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor Awards from Hunan Province and SUSTech, and was one of the Top Ten Graduate Student Supervisors for the Class of 2025 at SUSTech. Shenggang Ren, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Business School, Central South University. National Leading Talent of the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Ten‑thousand Talents Program; New‑century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education. He earned his Ph.D. from Fudan University. He previously served as Party Secretary and Vice Dean of the Business School, Central South University (2013‑2023), as well as Member of the University Academic Committee and Director of the Academic Division of Central South University (2017‑2024). His research interests include Technology Economics and Management, Energy and Environmental Economics & Management. He holds concurrent appointments as Executive Deputy Director of the Hunan 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center for Two‑oriented Society and Ecological Civilization Research, Director of the Central China Rise Strategy Research Center, and Director of the Research Center for National Governance Policy and Corporate Organization, Central South University. He has presided over 2 major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, alongside numerous projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Fund of China and enterprise‑sponsored research programs.
